Ameri R. Giannotti

Ameri Giannotti is an associate at Eimer Stahl Klevorn & Solberg LLP. She has experience in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, including contract disputes, constitutional challenges to state law, consumer class action, and class action securities fraud cases. Before joining Eimer Stahl, Ameri was an associate with the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary M. Schroeder on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ameri graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Chicago Law School in 2002 and received an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1994. She is admitted to practice in California and Illinois.
