Andrew G. Klevorn Print

Andrew Klevorn is one of four founding partners of Eimer Stahl Klevorn & Solberg LLP. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on antitrust and complex litigation. Some of the leading cases and matters he has worked on include the following:

  • Assisting Holcim (US) Inc., a leading producer of cement, in obtaining a $5 million arbitration award arising out of a general contractor's delays in completing a new cement production line.
  • Trying to verdict, before a jury as lead trial counsel, a case of design patent infringement in which the firm's client obtained a substantial damage award.
  • Representing Kimberly-Clark Corporation in its successful defense of a class action suit alleging price-fixing in the sale of commercial tissue products.
  • Defending a leading chemicals manufacturer in a grand jury investigation of potential price-fixing and market allocation; no indictments were returned.

Andy graduated with honors from the University of Chicago in 1983, where he majored in economics, and is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan law school, from which he graduated in 1986. He is a member of the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. He has published articles in the Wall Street Journal, The Antitrust Litigator, and Corporate Counsel.
