Jack Theis

Jack Theis is an associate at Eimer Stahl Klevorn & Solberg LLP.  Before joining Eimer Stahl, Jack served as a law clerk to the Hon. William J. Bauer on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.  He also was an associate in the Chicago office of Perkins Coie LLP.  Jack graduated from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2005, where he was an associate editor of the Northwestern University Law Review, and received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in 2000.

Jack has experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.  He is admitted to practice in Illinois, the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Fifth Circuit.
