Joan Radovich
Joan Radovich is of counsel at Eimer Stahl LLP. She has represented clients in environmental and toxic torts litigation brought in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration proceedings, including multidistrict litigation pending in the Southern District of New York arising out of the use of MTBE in gasoline.
Before joining Eimer Stahl, Joan was an associate at Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago. Joan graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 1997. She received her undergraduate degree with distinction from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. Before attending law school, Joan worked as a newspaper reporter in Southern California, where she covered state and local government and politics.
