Kendra N. Thompson
Kendra N. Thompson is an associate at Eimer Stahl Klevorn & Solberg LLP. Kendra has experience in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including consumer fraud class action defense, trade secret and unfair competition, products liability, and business contract disputes. Kendra has also advised clients in a broad range of industries on regulatory compliance matters and regulatory and litigation risk mitigation strategies. Before joining Eimer Stahl, Kendra was a general litigation associate in the Chicago office of Sidley Austin LLP and served as a Sidley Austin public interest fellow to the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois.
Kendra graduated from Harvard Law School in 2008. While in law school, Kendra externed with the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority where she helped develop a successful challenge to Louisiana’s state constitutional amendment limiting eminent domain authority, which enabled the city of New Orleans to continue implementing post-Katrina neighborhood rebuilding plans, including development of the Musicians’ Village Project. In 2005, she received her B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from Hampton University.
