Stephen Weil is an associate at Eimer Stahl LLP.  Before joining the firm, Steve was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.  Steve was also a law clerk to the Hon. Robert E. Payne of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.   Steve graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2006, where he was a senior editor on the Journal of Constitutional Law and an Arthur Littleton and H. Clayton Louderback Legal Writing Instructor.  He received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Chicago in 1999.

Steve has represented clients in a variety of matters in state and federal courts, including antitrust, securities, ERISA, consumer protection litigation, pro bono criminal defense, and commercial disputes.  Steve is admitted to practice in Illinois, Washington, D.C., the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
