He has also been involved as trial counsel in numerous civil antitrust cases, particularly class actions related to alleged price fixing. His practice also includes counseling clients regarding the antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and representation of clients before the Federal Trade Commission, the United States Department of Justice, and in related civil proceedings attempting to enjoin a merger. **STAHL, David M.: ** Antitrust, commercial and energy litigation with broad trial experience in state and federal courts and regulatory agencies, and in arbitrations. His practice encompasses Sherman Act (§ 1 and § 2) and Robinson-Patman Act litigation and counseling, acquisitions, securities litigation, breach of contract, products liability and toxic tort, professional malpractice defense, and a wide variety of electric power litigation.
