Series of six Sherman Act cases (Mississippi, Florida, Indiana, Tennessee, Utah, and Louisiana) in which body shops complain that over 30 insurers have violated the antitrust laws by conspiring to suppress shop charges for the labor and parts.  The complaints also allege violation of a federal consent decree entered between insurance trade organizations and the Department of Justice.  Eimer Stahl is lead counsel for the lead defendant, and Mike McCluggage is the chair of the joint defense group of all defendants.
