Carrie brings over 20 years of experience to Eimer Stahl, focusing her practice on environmental, products liability and toxic torts, antitrust and business litigation matters.
Prior to joining Eimer Stahl, Carrie served as outside counsel for a number of tech companies, negotiating complex in-bound and outbound intellectual property licenses, data privacy agreements and SaaS agreements for Fortune 500 companies worldwide. In addition, Carrie has also held roles in private practice as a corporate attorney at an AmLaw 100 firm, as well as in-house counsel roles for a number of start-ups. Carrie is multilingual, fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and French, and has utilized her linguistic skills extensively in government investigations and contract litigation.
