Emily is a stakeholder at Eimer Stahl and focuses her practice on complex litigation and antitrust matters.

Emily attended Swarthmore College, where she double majored in English Literature and Political Science, and later graduated from the University of Chicago Law School, serving as Director of Women’s Initiatives for the Law Women’s Caucus. During law school, Emily worked extensively on innocence cases with the Exoneration Project clinic and served as an intern at the Legal Aid Chicago. Prior to law school, she served as an intake investigative intern with the Delaware Office of the Public Defender.
