Maggie Houseknecht is a Stakeholder in Eimer Stahl’s Chicago office. She focuses her practice on antitrust and complex commercial issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Maggie served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Andrea R. Wood at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also served as a real estate law associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Maggie graduated from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where she was a student attorney in the Children and Family Justice Center. There, she represented adult clients in post-trial criminal proceedings. During law school, Maggie volunteered extensively at the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic and interned at the United States Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights. She also served as an Online Articles Editor for the Northwestern University Law Review.
