John Hall is a Stakeholder at Eimer Stahl with experience in a wide range of commercial matters, including international arbitration and complex contract disputes, as well as appellate and trial litigation. He also actively participates in pro bono service and has argued before the Seventh Circuit in a federal habeas case.

John previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Virginia Kendall of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Honorable Amy St. Eve of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. During his time at Duke University School of Law, John was an executive editor of the Duke Law Journal and interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the American Civil Liberties Union. Before joining Eimer Stahl, he was a litigation associate at a prominent national law firm.
