In re MultiPlan Health Insurance Provider Litigation – Defending Humana Inc. in multiple purported class actions alleging an industry-wide conspiracy to fix the price of out-of-network healthcare costs through the use of a common vendor.

In re Zelis Repricing Antitrust Litigation – Representing Humana in multiple class action lawsuits alleging algorithm‑driven collusion to suppress out‑of‑network reimbursement rates.

American Osteopathic Association et al v. American Board of Internal Medicine – Representing national physician organizations and individual physicians in a class action alleging monopolization of board certification for internal medicine physicians.

Representing The Dow Chemical Company in cartel damages claims filed in German courts against four companies fined by the European Commission for conspiring to depress the benchmark price used to set European ethylene prices, seeking nearly €2 billion in damages.

Robinson, et al. v. HP Inc. – Obtained dismissal for HP Inc. in a consumer class action alleging violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Antitrust Act, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and claims under consumer protection and antitrust statutes in each of the 50 states and Washington, D.C.

In re Rail Freight Fuel Surcharge Antitrust Litigation – Representing four of the largest rail shippers in the United States in antitrust litigation to recover overpayments due to a price-fixing conspiracy.

Humana Inc. v. Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., et al. – Representing Humana in action to recover overcharges in a case alleging price inflation of a pharmaceutical through anti-competitive conduct and fraud.

In re Crop Inputs Antitrust Litigation – Secured dismissal for Winfield Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of Land O’Lakes, and Federated Co-operatives Limited in antitrust complaints brought on behalf of putative classes of purchasers of seeds and crop-protection chemicals such as fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides used by farmers.

In re Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) Antitrust Litigation – Obtained dismissal with prejudice, affirmed by the Ninth Circuit, on behalf of SK hynix Inc. and SK hynix America, Inc. in direct and indirect purchaser class actions alleging price-fixing of DRAM semiconductor memory.

In re Broiler Chicken Antitrust Litigation – Represented Pilgrim's Pride in direct and indirect purchaser class actions and opt-out actions alleging a conspiracy to restrict broiler supply, inflate prices, and manipulate a standard chicken price index.
