Olivia Radics is a Stakeholder at Eimer Stahl, where she concentrates her practice on complex litigation with a focus on commercial litigation, intellectual property, and environmental law. Olivia has substantial experience in environmental regulatory compliance.

While earning her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Olivia served as Editor-in-Chief of the Wisconsin Law Review and volunteered with the Wisconsin Innocence Project. She garnered numerous awards, including the Davis Award for Excellence in the Study of Constitutional Law, Smalley Law Review Prize for Outstanding Service to the Wisconsin Law Review, Salmon W. Dalberg Award for the second-highest ranked student, as well as awards for writing, including the American Intellectual Law Property Association’s Robert C. Watson Award. Olivia serves as secretary of the ABA International Law Section’s Beneficial Ownership Working Group. She was previously an associate at Perkins Coie.
