Mila Rusafova is a Stakeholder in Eimer Stahl’s Chicago office. She represents clients involved in complex commercial litigation, class actions, and arbitrations. She has experience managing all phases of litigation, from pleadings and motion practice to discovery and trial strategy and preparation. Mila also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing incarcerated individuals in civil rights cases under Section 1983.
Before joining Eimer Stahl, Mila was a litigation associate at two elite international law firms where she handled complex litigation disputes in state and federal courts, including ERISA and state law pension plan class actions, contract disputes, and civil rights cases. She previously served as a law clerk to Judge Gerard E. Lynch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. During law school, Mila was comments editor of the University of Chicago Law Review and interned with the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
