Eimer Stahl was recently included in Law360’s “Ceiling Smashers” list – a list of law firms with the most female equity partners. The firm ranked in the top ten in the boutique firm category (100 lawyers or less) and is one of only 13 law firms in the U.S. to have 42.9 percent or greater female partners with equity. Law360 collected attorney data from hundreds of law firms nationwide as well as firms abroad with a substantial U.S. presence and ranked the firms based on size and percentage of U.S. equity partners that identify as female. While Law360 saw limited progress for female attorneys in a historically male-dominated profession, Eimer Stahl has continued to cultivate its female lawyers at all levels of the firm.
This isn’t the first time Eimer Stahl has been featured on the “Ceiling Smashers” list—Law360 featured the firm in 2016, 2018 and 2019 for its progressive number of female equity partners.
