Eimer Stahl is pleased to welcome two highly accomplished associates as it expands the firm’s Madison, Wisconsin, office, further growing the firm’s roster of talent in complex trial and appellate litigation.

Olivia Radics brings substantial experience in complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, and environmental regulatory compliance. Olivia is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she graduated magna cum laude and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Wisconsin Law Review. She also received a law degree from the University of Szeged in Hungary, where she graduated summa cum laude, and an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from the George Washington University Law School, where she graduated with highest honors. Olivia joins Eimer Stahl from Perkins Coie.

James Barrett focuses his practice on complex trial and appellate litigation and government regulation. Before joining Eimer Stahl, James served as Deputy Solicitor General for the State of Georgia, where he authored briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court, Supreme Court of Georgia, and U.S. Courts of Appeals, and argued cases before the Supreme Court of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. James is a graduate of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and served as an articles editor for the Northwestern University Law Review. James also clerked for the Honorable Britt C. Grant of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He plans to transition to the Madison office later this year from the firm’s Chicago location.

“We’re thrilled to welcome James and Olivia to the team, and I know our clients are pleased, too,” said Ryan Walsh, Managing Partner of Eimer Stahl’s Madison office. “As we continue strategically to grow our practice, their backgrounds and skill sets will be invaluable assets to our clients across the country.”
