On April 4, 2025, Eimer Stahl LLP, together with Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP and on behalf of more than 500 law firms nationwide, submitted an amicus brief in Perkins Coie LLP v. U.S. Department of Justice et al., United States District Court for the District of Columbia, Case No. 1:25-cv-00716. The brief explains the importance of allowing lawyers to represent their clients without fear of government retaliation—a principle essential to the rule of law and the proper functioning of the judiciary. We are proud to join our colleagues at Munger Tolles and all the amici firms in advocating these important issues.
