David Gonzalez is a Stakeholder at Eimer Stahl who represents clients in complex litigation across federal and state courts as well as in arbitrations. His practice includes matters involving antitrust, trade secrets, contracts, and false claims act disputes. David works with clients to navigate each stage of litigation, providing strategic guidance from early case assessment through discovery and trial preparation.

Prior to joining Eimer Stahl, David practiced at a leading multinational firm in its business and tort litigation group. During that time, he completed a secondment to the Marin County District Attorney’s Office as Deputy District Attorney, where he handled pre-trial proceedings and tried cases before juries. After earning his J.D. from Stanford Law School, David served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
