Taylor Jennings is a Stakeholder in Eimer Stahl's Silicon Valley office. He represents clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Eimer Stahl, Taylor served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nicholas J. Ganjei of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and he is slated to clerk for the Honorable Edith H. Jones of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit beginning in Fall 2027. He previously practiced at a California litigation firm, where he represented clients in all phases of litigation.

Taylor graduated Order of the Coif and with nine CALI Awards from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. During law school, he served as an Editor for Law Review, Board Member for the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship, and Sports Chair for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He also externed with the Honorable Ronald S. W. Lew of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and with the Honorable L. Michael Clark of Santa Clara County Superior Court.
