Jason Parkman is a Stakeholder at Eimer Stahl, where he represents clients in proceedings across federal, state, and arbitral forums. His practice focuses on foreign sovereign litigation, antitrust matters, and complex commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Eimer Stahl, Jason was an associate at a leading international law firm. Jason earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of The University of Chicago Law Review and received the Mark Mamolen Prize in Business Law, Dean’s Awards in Torts and Constitutional Law, and the Institute for Justice Entrepreneur’s Advocate Award.
Jason is barred in the District of Columbia and practices in association with the principals of Eimer Stahl’s Chicago office.
