Justin Holiman represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, drawing on experience gained through federal judicial clerkships at both the trial and appellate levels. Before joining Eimer Stahl, Justin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gabriel P. Sanchez of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to the Honorable Leo T. Sorokin of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. In those roles, he worked closely with federal judges on a broad range of civil and criminal matters, researching legal issues and helping prepare decisions on motions, appeals, and other significant court proceedings.

Prior to his clerkships, Justin gained litigation experience through legal aid organizations and clinical programs, representing clients in contested housing matters.

Justin earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his B.A. in Human Rights from Columbia University.
