Generally regarded as "Nate’s right-hand man," Andrew Klevorn has recently been working with Eimer on class actions against the steel industry. **EIMER, Nathan P.: ** Antitrust trial lawyer and counselor. He has handled a large number of grand jury investigations of alleged price fixing, including related criminal proceedings and trial. He has also been involved as trial counsel in numerous civil antitrust cases, particularly class actions related to alleged price fixing. His practice also includes counseling clients regarding the antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and representation of clients before the Federal Trade Commission, the United States Department of Justice, and in related civil proceedings attempting to enjoin a merger. He has represented a large number of major corporations in antitrust mattes, including The Dow Chemical Company, Union Carbide Corporation, CITGO Petroleum Corporation, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Borden, Inc., CPC, Inc., International Minerals & Chemicals Corporation, Praxair, Inc., Land O’ Lakes, Inc., and Corn Products International.

**STAHL, David M.: ** Antitrust, commercial and energy litigation with broad trial experience in state and federal courts and regulatory agencies, and in arbitrations. His practice encompasses Sherman Act (§ 1 and § 2) and Robinson-Patman Act litigation and counseling, acquisitions, securities litigation, breach of contract, products liability and toxic tort, professional malpractice defense, and a wide variety of electric power litigation. He has represented a number of leading firms including, among others, CITGO Petroleum Corporation, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Praxair Inc., Abbott Laboratories, Holcim (US) Inc., Midwest Generation EME, LLC, the former Central and South West Corporation (now part of American Electric Power), Exelon Corporation, and Consumers Energy.
