Collin represents clients in commercial disputes across a variety of industries. As chair of Eimer Stahl’s Mass Arbitration practice group and co-chair of the Data Privacy & AI group, he focuses on helping clients navigate cutting-edge legal and technological challenges. He has defended companies against hundreds of thousands of arbitration demands—often obtaining dismissals or withdrawals with no settlement or judgment. In the privacy space, Collin is a trusted resource for clients facing complex regulatory and litigation issues, counseling and defending them under a broad range of state and federal privacy laws.
