Eimer Stahl is proud to announce the elevation of Amy Miller and Greg Schweizer to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2025.
Amy, based in the firm’s Madison office, focuses her practice on appellate and complex litigation. She has successfully handled high-stakes appeals and disputes before the U.S. Supreme Court, federal courts of appeals, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and has represented clients in trial proceedings in a broad range of matters, including commercial and antitrust litigation, as well as government enforcement and regulatory cases. Amy has also volunteered with legal aid organizations in Wisconsin and Indiana to provide legal services to low-income individuals and individuals with disabilities. Amy’s extensive litigation experience is bolstered by her prior role at the Wisconsin Solicitor General’s Office. She earned her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
Greg, based in Chicago, represents clients in complex commercial and antitrust litigation, internal investigations, and international arbitration. Greg is relied on to craft critical motions and appellate briefs while also providing strategic guidance to clients on legal risks and strategies. With a background in politics and on Capitol Hill, Greg offers valuable insights into public relations and reputational considerations that influence litigation approaches and decisions. Greg has built on the firm’s longstanding partnership with the Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights, leading several pro bono cases alongside the organization and serving as a co-founder and current co-president of its NextGen Leadership Council for Civil Rights. Greg began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Cheryl Ann Krause of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School.
“Amy and Greg have distinguished themselves as talented litigators and invaluable resources to their colleagues and the firm’s clients,” said Nate Eimer, Partner and co-founder of Eimer Stahl. “We’re thrilled to welcome them into the partnership, and we look forward to watching them grow in their new leadership roles as they continue to deepen the value we provide to clients and contribute to the firm’s success.”
