Eimer Stahl is proud to announce that Sarah Catalano and Collin Vierra have been promoted to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2024.
Sarah Catalano, elevated from Stakeholder and based in Eimer Stahl’s Chicago and Madison, WI offices, focuses her practice on antitrust and complex commercial disputes. Sarah has significant trial experience, including stand-up roles in jury and bench trials and international arbitration. She has represented clients in a range of industries, including health care, chemicals, food and agriculture, and technology. Sarah earned her B.A. in Economics from DePaul University and her J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. She served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Collin Vierra, elevated from Stakeholder and based in the firm’s Silicon Valley, CA office, concentrates his practice on complex trial and appellate litigation, arbitration, and counseling including in the areas of antitrust, privacy, environmental law, regulation, products liability, and commercial disputes. Collin has broad experience defending major public and private companies in both state and federal court, before major arbitral tribunals, and in investigations by state and federal agencies. Collin earned his B.S. in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his M.A. in Economics from Stanford University, and his J.D. from Stanford Law School.
