Eimer Stahl attorney Vaishali Movva has been selected to serve on Law360’s 2026 Editorial Advisory Board in the area of International Arbitration. Vaishali focuses her practice on international and domestic arbitration, representing companies across a range of industries. She is a frequent speaker on arbitration-related issues and an active contributor to the global arbitration community, including recent speaking topics on crypto disputes, cross‑border arbitration, risk in the global economy, and ethical obligations through programs hosted by AAA‑ICDR, California International Arbitration Week, and Stanford Law School. She is also an editor for Jus Mundi (Daily Jus and Arbitration Year in Review). Vaishali graduated from Stanford Law School, where she was elected co‑president of the Stanford International Arbitration Association. She previously served as a tribunal secretary to an independent arbitrator and worked at major law firms in India.
